Stone Barcomb brings institutional real estate experience across acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, capital markets, and debt originations, with combined transaction volume exceeding $430 million. He is also a principal investor, personally owning and operating a portfolio of three rental properties in Florida.
At MJW Investments, Mr. Barcomb helped source, underwrite, and execute multifamily and mixed-use acquisitions totaling ~$146 million across value-add and core-plus strategies. He authored offering materials and led capital-raising that secured ~$75 million of limited-partner equity, and led refinancings exceeding $50 million. As sole ownership representative for 963 student-housing beds, he helped oversee a ~7,500-bed portfolio valued near $723 million and co-led dispositions totaling $93 million that returned 2.87x and 2.57x equity multiples, each rolled into a 1031 exchange.
Earlier, at LaSalle Investment Management, he was integral to originating ~$142 million of first-mortgage bridge loans across nine markets and asset-managed a $175 million loan portfolio through repositioning business plans.
